These terms govern your use of bimunlimited.com (the "Site"), operated by BIM Unlimited LLC. By using the Site you agree to them.
1. Information only; no professional advice
Site content is general information about our services. It is not engineering, surveying, legal or other professional advice, and it creates no professional relationship. Services are provided only under a signed written agreement.
2. Concept and sample work
Some models, renderings and drawings on the Site may be concept or sample work created to show our capabilities. They are labeled as such. They do not depict client projects, and are not representations about any real building.
3. Services, pricing and availability
Service descriptions, turnaround times and any prices on the Site are indicative and may change. A written proposal or agreement controls. BIM Unlimited currently provides BIM, modeling and documentation services only. It does not provide engineering services.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, images, models, renderings, logos and software, belongs to BIM Unlimited LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or use Site content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
5. Submissions
If you send us project information or files, you confirm you have the right to share them. We will treat them under our Privacy Policy and keep them confidential. Do not send health, security or other sensitive information by ordinary email. Ask us for a secure transfer link instead.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to:
- disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access;
- scrape the Site at volume;
- submit malicious files;
- impersonate others.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIM Unlimited LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed $100. This section does not limit liability under a signed services agreement, which has its own terms.

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
9. Law
Oregon law governs these terms. Disputes are decided in the state courts of Washington or Multnomah County, Oregon.
