BIM Unlimited LLC ("we," "us") operates bimunlimited.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email or call us: your name, company, email, phone, project location and the project details you choose to share, including any files you send.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit, for security and performance. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this site.
- Cookies. This site does not set cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and provide services.
- To run and secure the website.
- To keep business records required by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising. We do not use project files you send us to train AI models.
Sharing
We share information only:
- with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email and secure file storage, and who are bound to protect it;
- with subconsultants working on your project, with your knowledge;
- when the law requires it.
Project files and confidential information
Project files you send us are handled as confidential client information under our data security policy. If we engage, our services agreement governs them.
Retention
We keep inquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 3 years. We keep project records for the periods in our records retention policy, typically 12 years after project completion.
Security
We use encryption, multi-factor authentication and access controls to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have given us, subject to records we must keep. Email greg@bimunlimited.com. The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses above certain volume thresholds. We honor reasonable requests regardless.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
